On Friday, 12th October 2018, the lawmaker representing the good people of Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency, Hon Dapo Lam-Adesina honored with a good representation award by the residents of Felele/Olorunsogo area of Ibadan South East.
It should be recalled that, the young lawmaker on Thursday commissioned a renovated health center at Omowumi-Labosinde Community, which was an effort to upgrade the standard of the health care center and to gives a better service to the people of the community. Added to that, Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina didn't forget the source as he grew up in the felele area of Ibadan.
In his effort to ensure functional and secure electricity supply of the area, the young lawmaker provide a transformer for the usage of the felele/olorunsogo community, which was commissioned and handed over to the community.
In a surprise move for the Hon Dapo Lam-Adesina who only went for the commissioning program, the residents of the community had concluded the unexpected plan for the Omo Oloore Dapo Lam-Adesina to endorse him for second term in the coming 2019 general election, which was in appreciation for his move to help the community in solving the problem of epileptic power supply been battling with for a while.
At the much attended commissioning program, Chairmen of the Community Development Council (CDC) of both Ibadan North East and Ibadan South East local government areas, Alh. Fatai Oloyede and Engr Babalola Famade (Chairman, Felele/Olorunsogo Community and Environs Development Association; FOCEDA) Elder Tomi Olugbemi of Police Community Relations Council (PCRC), Youths Leader of the community, Mr. Olusunbo Olayiwola and other community residents troop out to throw encomium on the young lawmaker.
"We are not only surprised by his achievements, we appreciate this gesture. Ever since he became a federal lawmaker, even when he was commissioner, his name has continued to dominate everywhere. He needs to be studied. I don't know where he got the zeal and energy. He is simply fantastic. I have been asked to tell you that we are solidly behind your second term bid" said by Elder Olugbemi while presenting the AWARD OF RECOGNITION OF HIS STERLING PERFORMANCE AS A FEDERAL LAWMAKER."
As he always says, the support he always gets from his loving constituents has been encouraging him to do more and more for his constituency, and that is making him to delivered the dividends of democracy to his people.
