The Secretary to the state government, Mr Ismaeel Adekola Ali has today throw his weight into the race of who succeed Gov. Ajimobi.
In a letter containing his intention to run the race with others that have been making move in the areas of contact and consultation with party leaders, stakeholders, loyalists, and members over the years, Adekola made it known that, he has the zeal and qualities to lead the state owing to his experience and professionalism of how a state should be given and to further build on the good work of Gov. Abiola Ajimobi.
His entrance further populate the number of aspirants on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Alli said he is throwing his hat into the ring after “due and diligent consultations” with party leaders, elders, his principal, Governor Abiola Ajimobi, other stakeholders and his immediate family. (Insight Oyo)
